Driving lessons Rotherham Learning to drive can be a very stressful experience, it is my aim to make it as
enjoyable and rewarding as possible and help you gain your full driving licence
at the earliest opportunity whilst making you a safe driver for life. Your driving
lessons will be conducted in a planned, relaxed and friendly atmosphere following
the Driving Standards Agency syllabus.
When you book your driving lessons in Rotherham you can be sure you will get
the full time you have paid for. I don't believe in car sharing so you won't waste
the last 10 minutes of your driving lesson picking up my next pupil, as so many
other driving schools do regularly. Driving lessons will be one on one unless
you want your driving lesson with a friend or family member. You will not spend
most of your driving lesson at the side of the road as I have seen with other
driving schools; you will be driving from day one and learning at your own pace.
I am local to the Rotherham area and have extensive local knowledge of
the Rotherham driving test routes. You can learn to drive at your own pace
from one hour a week to an intensive driving course, learning to drive in just
a couple of weeks. I pride myself on giving value for money and will tailor a
course to suit your own driving ability.
Discounts are available for block bookings and are an ideal way to save
money whilst learning to drive. Block bookings also make a really great
Christmas or Birthday present.
If you are shopping around for driving lessons in Rotherham
it is worth asking the following questions:
• Will my Instructor be a fully qualified (A.D.I.)? Many driving schools use
P.D.I.s (part qualified or trainee driving Instructors who have not yet
passed the teaching a pupil to drive part of their professional driving
examination)
• How much time will I spend driving on my lesson? Quite a few Driving
Schools spend far too much time at the side of the road in an attempt to
save fuel.
• What car will I be learning in and how old is it? Does it have air-con;
power assisted steering, drivers and passenger’s air-bags?
• Is my instructor a member of any professional association such as
MSA or DIA? (These associations provide their members with
professional indemnity insurance as part of the membership fee)
• How much will I have to pay for my practical driving test? Many driving
schools charge an additional fee over and above the lesson charge using
the excuse that they have to extend their insurance cover! I will only charge
you for a 2 hour lesson as this is the minimum amount of time that you will
need for your test to allow for travelling time etc.
• Does the Driving School or Instructor have a quality assurance policy?
